- Are currently enrolled in the 1st year (academic year 2025–26) of a regular, full-time undergraduate degree course in any stream (3-year or 4-year programs only)
- Belong to a household with an annual income of less than ₹15 lakhs
→ Preference will be given to students with family income below ₹2.5 lakhs

- Not eligible: Students in 2nd year or beyond (i.e., those who started college in 2024–25 or earlier)
- Not eligible: Students in online, distance, hybrid, part-time, or non-regular courses
- Not eligible: Students who completed a diploma after Class 10
