Bihar Post Matric Scholarship 2025

The Bihar Post Matric Scholarship 2025 is a government initiative to support students from marginalized communities, including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Backward Classes (BC), and Extremely Backward Classes (EBC) .

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the scholarship, students must: Belong to SC, ST, BC, or EBC categories

Be pursuing postmatric studies in recognized institutions within Bihar or central government institutions

Meet the minimum attendance requirement of 75%

Scholarship Amount:

The scholarship amount varies depending on the course and institution. Here are some of the scholarship amounts:

Intermediate courses: ₹2,000 per annum
Graduation courses: ₹5,000 per annum
Postgraduation courses: ₹5,000 per annum
Professional and technical courses: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per annum

Application Process:

Students can apply online for the scholarship through the official website. The application process typically starts in January, and the last date for application is usually in March .

Application last date: March 10, 2025
