The Reimagine with Orion Program is designed to help women seamlessly reenter the tech workforce after a career break. Through upskilling, mentorship from senior women leaders, and specialized training in technology and soft skills, the program equips participants with the tools needed for long-term success. My Orion Women’s Network (MyOWN): Elevating Women into Leadership

 

Founded in 2019 by senior women executives, MyOWN fosters gender diversity and leadership growth within Orion. In North America and Europe, we have partnered with third-party organizations to host community and engagement events. We launched professional development programs across APAC.
