Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria as of April 1st, 2025:
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. (Nursing) with successful completion of a six-month integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council2 recognized Institute or University from the academic year 2020 onwards.
- OR Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with successful completion3 of a six-month integrated curriculum of CCH from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University from4 the academic year 2020 onwards.
- OR B.Sc. (Nursing) / Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) / GNM passed candidates who have completed5 the Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH) through IGNOU or other State Public Health/Medical Universities as per the curriculum6 of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India (specified for eligibility of CHOs by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, GOI).
